Junior Fund & Investment Administrator

Our client is seeking a Junior Fund & Investment Administrator to join their operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a numerate and motivated individual to begin a career in fund administration within a supportive environment.

Location

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Collecting and reviewing shareholder Client Due Diligence documentation.
• Processing shareholder deals and transactions.
• Preparing periodic fund valuations using AcuFund under supervision.
• Reviewing trade recommendations and forwarding instructions to custodians.
• Managing shareholder communications and payments.
• Conducting file and risk reviews of shareholders.
• Assisting with regulatory compliance tasks and project work.
• Placing trades and updating securities in internal systems.
• Supporting bookkeeping and reconciliation of trust and company investments.
• Booking trades via various trading platforms.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be highly numerate, detail-oriented and capable of working to tight deadlines. No prior experience is required, although strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset are essential. Candidates must have a minimum of five GCSEs (Grade 5 or above), including English and Maths, and demonstrate willingness to work towards a relevant professional qualification after probation. Strong IT literacy, particularly Excel skills, is required.
