Join a growing and dynamic fund services business supporting a broad range of fund structures and investor operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrator ready to take the next step into a more supervisory and operationally focused position.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Administering investor dealing activities including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches.
  • Processing redemption payments and subscription proceeds accurately and efficiently.
  • Performing daily bank reconciliations across client accounts.
  • Supporting investor onboarding processes, including due diligence and risk assessments.
  • Conducting periodic investor reviews and maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitoring workload and supporting junior team members where required.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, fund managers and external parties.
  • Interpreting fund documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Assisting with investor and client queries on a day-to-day basis.
  • Supporting operational processes and ad hoc project work where required.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience within fund operations, transfer agency or a similar financial services environment and demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills. They will ideally be operating at Senior Administrator level and looking to progress into a more senior operational role. Knowledge of Paxus systems and related reporting would be highly advantageous, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The successful individual will be detail-oriented, proactive and capable of working independently while supporting team objectives and client service delivery.
