This 12-month contract opportunity offers the chance to support a broad range of operational and regulatory initiatives within a growing fiduciary business. A strong emphasis is placed on analytical thinking, operational awareness and delivering practical process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Supporting regulatory reporting and operational enhancement initiatives across the business.
- Reviewing and improving reporting processes, controls and data requirements.
- Analysing client, entity and investment data to support operational objectives.
- Supporting data remediation and data quality improvement projects.
- Working collaboratively with fiduciary, compliance and operations teams.
- Assisting with process documentation and operational recommendations.
- Supporting project planning, tracking and delivery activities.
- Assisting with broader operational and regulatory initiatives where required.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong experience within trust, fiduciary or corporate services and demonstrate a good understanding of investment structures and investment administration. They will possess strong analytical and organisational skills, alongside excellent attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused mindset. Advanced Excel and data analysis capability are important for this role, together with experience supporting operational, project or change-related initiatives. The successful individual will be confident working independently, engaging with stakeholders across the business and managing multiple priorities effectively.
