FTC IT & Application Support Analyst

This is a brilliant opportunity for an organised and customer-focused IT professional to join a busy support team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of technologies while working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver effective technical solutions. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn will be key.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Provide first-line IT and application support to colleagues across the business.
• Log, prioritise and resolve IT incidents and service requests.
• Support Windows devices, mobile devices and business applications.
• Assist with system administration, software updates and equipment deployment.
• Prepare meeting rooms, user workstations and IT equipment.
• Support application testing and product releases.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user records.
• Monitor systems, identify issues and assist with incident resolution.
• Support IT projects, disaster recovery testing and business improvement initiatives.
• Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to users at all levels.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be someone with previous experience in a service desk or helpdesk environment and a good working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and desktop and mobile technologies. You'll be a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills, strong organisational ability and a proactive approach to problem solving. A willingness to learn new systems, support business projects and deliver a consistently high standard of service will be essential to success in role.
