A brilliant opportunity for an analytical and curious individual to join a growing Change Team within a leading private banking environment. Combining data analysis, reporting, process improvement and change delivery activities, the role offers excellent exposure to business transformation and operational improvement initiatives.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting business-as-usual activities, operational change initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Producing recurring and ad-hoc management information and business reports.
  • Assisting with data extraction, cleansing, reconciliation and analysis.
  • Supporting stakeholders with reporting, operational issues and process improvements.
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Supporting process mapping, analysis and optimisation activities.
  • Assisting with testing, implementation and rollout of new solutions and enhancements.
  • Supporting dashboard, reporting and automation initiatives.
  • Maintaining procedures, process documentation and project records.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and change management activities.

The ideal candidate will have a degree, A-Levels or equivalent experience within a relevant discipline such as business, finance, technology, mathematics or data analytics. They will demonstrate strong analytical and organisational skills, together with a genuine interest in data, reporting and process improvement. Experience with Excel is essential, while exposure to SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, SharePoint or similar technologies would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be proactive, inquisitive and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business.
