Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Owning KPIs such as churn, retention, ARPU and product penetration.
- Using customer data and dashboards to identify trends and risk indicators.
- Designing and delivering multichannel CRM journeys to support retention and renewals.
- Developing targeted upsell and cross-sell activity to grow customer value.
- Ensuring CRM automation and segmentation support lifecycle engagement.
- Collaborating with Product, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance on CRM initiatives.
- Providing insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in CRM, customer retention or lifecycle marketing, ideally within telecoms, utilities or subscription-based industries. They will be highly analytical, commercially focused and confident using data to shape CRM journeys and influence strategy. Strong collaboration skills, experience with marketing automation tools and a deep understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle engagement are essential. A proactive, insight-led and customer-obsessed approach will be key to success in this role.
