A brilliant opportunity has arisen to join a high-performing client services team where collaboration, curiosity, and service excellence are central. This role sits at the frontline of corporate banking, combining custody services, payments, and relationship support!

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide day-to-day support to financial intermediary clients across banking and custody services.
  • Prepare and approve custody instructions, including equities, bonds, and funds.
  • Process payments, foreign exchange transactions, and fixed-term deposit activity.
  • Maintain and support client access to online banking platforms and user administration.
  • Handle client queries via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Support account maintenance, including sub-account openings and updates to client records.
  • Assist with service reviews, identifying trends, training needs, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support business development activity, including client engagement and events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on system enhancements, testing, and process improvements.
  • Contribute to regulatory-driven projects and ad hoc initiatives as required.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in client services within banking or financial services and be confident supporting custody, payments, and intermediary clients.
