A fantastic opportunity to join our client's collaborative and well-structured compliance team, supporting independence, ethics, and financial crime controls. The role provides broad exposure, structured development, and hands-on experience within a regulated environment.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Support the delivery of compliance, independence, and ethics processes across the business.
- Review, organise, and maintain compliance documentation, communications, and records.
- Assist with annual reviews and updates of policies and procedures.
- Monitor shared compliance mailboxes and allocate actions appropriately.
- Track and allocate mandatory compliance tasks for new joiners.
- Maintain registers and logs, including breaches and systems access records.
- Support compliance monitoring activity and prepare reporting outputs.
- Assist with general administrative support across the risk and compliance teams.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across different locations and teams.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and an interest in compliance, ethics, or risk within a professional or regulated environment. A relevant professional qualification (such as ACCA or ICAEW) and previous compliance experience is beneficial, with further study support available. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently with systems and procedures are essential.
