Supporting a portfolio of high-net-worth private clients, this role offers the opportunity to develop a career within private banking and wealth management. Working closely with Relationship Managers, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while supporting a broad range of banking and investment activities.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting Relationship Managers with the day‑to‑day management of client portfolios.
  • Managing client enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Assisting with client onboarding, account opening and documentation reviews.
  • Supporting KYC, CDD and risk assessment processes.
  • Processing payments, foreign exchange transactions, securities trades and fixed deposits.
  • Managing post‑transaction reviews and transaction monitoring activities.
  • Supporting ongoing AML and documentation reviews.
  • Assisting with corporate actions, valuation reporting and account maintenance.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient client servicing.
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and operational initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within banking, wealth management or financial services and demonstrate strong client service, organisational and communication skills. A regulatory‑approved Level 4 qualification would be advantageous, although candidates willing to study towards one will also be considered. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and a proactive approach are essential.
