Join a collaborative senior leadership team where you'll play a central role in delivering strategic objectives while maintaining the highest standards of client service. You'll oversee key client relationships, lead operational improvements and support the ongoing development of colleagues across the business.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and implement strategic and operational plans in line with wider business objectives.
- Oversee the delivery of exceptional client service across a diverse portfolio of captive insurance clients.
- Act as a senior client executive, maintaining and developing key client relationships.
- Lead, develop and motivate teams, providing guidance, mentoring and performance management.
- Drive operational efficiency through effective management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support business development by promoting captive insurance services to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal and governance requirements.
- Contribute to business strategy, budgeting and organisational planning as a member of the senior leadership team.
- Support Board decisions and contribute to strategic business initiatives.
- Monitor team performance, ensuring service standards and business objectives are consistently achieved.
- Support wider business projects and organisational initiatives as required.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience within captive insurance, reinsurance, insurance management or a related professional services environment, together with strong technical knowledge of the captive insurance industry and its regulatory framework. You'll possess excellent commercial awareness, strategic thinking and people leadership skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into operational success while developing high-performing teams. Strong client relationship management, communication and decision-making abilities are essential, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service and supporting the continued growth of the business.
