This is a valuable opportunity to join our client - a thriving corporate services provider. Working within the Green Pod team, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing client relationships while delivering high-quality administration services to a portfolio of corporate entities. Our client is also open to candidates at a Senior level.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the day-to-day administration and relationship management of a varied portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, intermediaries and board members, ensuring efficient and proactive service delivery.
  • Attending and preparing for board meetings, including drafting agendas, minutes, and written resolutions.
  • Supporting the boards in ensuring good governance and corporate compliance.
  • Liaising with third parties and processing documentation relating to investment transactions and corporate actions.
  • Ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures, and legal or regulatory obligations.
  • Promoting a collaborative team culture and supporting company-wide objectives.
  • Contributing to training and mentoring junior team members (for Senior CRM level).

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a company administration, fund administration or company secretarial role. They should demonstrate a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Holding, studying towards, or a willingness to pursue CGI or equivalent professional qualifications is preferred. This role would suit someone who thrives in a team-focused, fast-paced environment and is eager to support the ongoing development of internal processes.
