The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.

This is a highly visible client leadership opportunity within the captive insurance sector, offering the chance to work with sophisticated international clients and complex risk financing structures. You'll play a key role in shaping client strategy, strengthening relationships and driving long‑term value across a portfolio of captive insurance programmes.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Acting as the primary relationship lead for a portfolio of captive insurance clients.
  • Developing and maintaining strong strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Leading the development and delivery of client account plans and servicing strategies.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Conducting regular client strategy reviews and identifying opportunities to enhance value.
  • Ensuring service delivery is aligned with agreed client commitments and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Supporting fee growth, profitability and commercial development across client accounts.
  • Identifying cross‑selling and business development opportunities across wider service lines.
  • Providing strategic guidance on captive insurance and risk financing solutions.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members and developing client leadership capability.
  • Supporting the ongoing development of systems, reporting and client management processes.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience within captive insurance, insurance management, reinsurance, risk financing or a related insurance advisory environment. They will possess a strong understanding of captive insurance structures, governance requirements and risk financing strategies, alongside proven experience managing complex client relationships and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Strong commercial awareness, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, together with the ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver strategic client solutions. Experience working with senior executives and presenting at board level would be highly advantageous. A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience will be considered.
