The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.

Our client is a leading international insurance management business with a long-established presence in Guernsey and an exceptional reputation within the captive insurance sector. Due to continued growth, they are keen to speak with experienced insurance professionals interested in exploring a range of current and future opportunities across their business.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Insurance Director
  • Insurance Manager
  • Associate Director - Captive Insurance
  • Client Leader - Captive & Insurance Management
  • Assistant Risk & Compliance Manager

The ideal candidates will have experience within captive insurance, insurance management, reinsurance, insurance broking, or a related insurance services environment and be operating at a mid to senior level within their current organisation. They will demonstrate strong client relationship management skills, commercial awareness and the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities are essential, together with a proactive and professional approach to client service.

The successful individuals will be ambitious, career-focused and motivated to continue developing within the insurance sector, while contributing positively to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
