Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Leading, supporting and developing the Business Systems and Data team.
- Managing and enhancing core business applications and related systems.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Managing third-party suppliers and technology partners.
- Planning, testing and implementing system upgrades, enhancements and new capabilities.
- Providing technical expertise and support for business applications.
- Supporting the development of technology strategy and future system capabilities.
- Leading system-related projects and change initiatives from concept through to implementation.
- Identifying opportunities to introduce new technologies, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Ensuring systems remain secure, compliant and aligned with business requirements.
- Developing reporting, analytics and data capabilities to support decision-making.
- Supporting data integration, reporting accuracy and operational insight across the organisation.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience leading or mentoring technical teams and demonstrate strong knowledge of business applications, systems management and data reporting. They will possess experience delivering system enhancements, managing suppliers and supporting business change initiatives. Strong SQL and reporting capability are important, alongside an understanding of data flows, automation and business process improvement.
