An excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a growing international business and support the delivery of people strategy across multiple jurisdictions. The role offers broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle, employee relations, recruitment and organisational development.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, performance management and offboarding.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries and employee relations matters.
  • Supporting compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Drafting and reviewing HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes and agency relationships.
  • Supporting workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
  • Coordinating learning and development programmes and training activities.
  • Managing HR systems, reporting and people-related data analysis.
  • Supporting payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Assisting with employee engagement, reward and performance management initiatives.
  • Supporting organisational change and wider HR projects.
  • Supervising and developing junior HR team members.

The ideal candidate will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) and possess previous HR generalist experience, ideally gained within the financial services sector. Strong knowledge of Guernsey employment law and employee relations practices is essential, together with excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills. Experience supporting multiple jurisdictions would be advantageous, as would exposure to HR systems such as HiBob and TeamTailor. The successful candidate will be proactive, professional and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
