The position provides the chance to work across diverse sectors - from banks to insurers - supporting prudential and conduct supervision and contributing to the Bailiwick's strong international reputation.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Analysing licensee returns, financial statements, and applications for approval.
- Attending and contributing to on-site visits, interviews, and risk assessments.
- Preparing reports, thematic reviews, and case presentations to governance panels.
- Supporting enforcement and consumer protection activities.
- Liaising with licensees, auditors, and professional advisers.
- Contributing to the policy interface, including fintech and Credit & Finance Law developments.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in banking, insurance, auditing, actuarial, or a related field. Strong analytical skills, clear written communication, and attention to detail are essential.
