An excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded provider of retirement solutions. Based within the Client Servicing Team, this non-client-facing role involves the administration of retirement products with exposure to trusts and companies. You will support the wider team with efficient processing and documentation across a variety of retirement structures.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Processing administration requests for retirement product plans.
- Preparing transfer paperwork, investment applications, trustee minutes, and resolutions.
- Updating systems including Viewpoint and maintaining accurate records.
- Liaising with banks, investment houses, and other group offices.
- Supporting the Client Relationship Team with processing and internal communication.
- Coordinating with accounts and compliance to ensure timely handling of monetary transactions.
- Working in accordance with the firm’s mission and values.
Skills / Qualifications
The successful candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience in financial services, preferably with exposure to pension administration. Accuracy, attention to detail, and sound organisational skills are key. A working knowledge of compliance and CDD requirements is beneficial.
