This Trust Supervisor role is designed for an experienced administrator ready to take on greater responsibility.
It combines portfolio management with the supervision of junior team members, requiring strong technical knowledge and a focus on high-quality client service.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to
- Overseeing statutory work and ensuring records are maintained accurately.
- Reviewing and approving payments, board resolutions, and minutes.
- Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaising with internal teams on legal, accounting, and taxation matters.
- Building and maintaining strong client and intermediary relationships.
- Training and mentoring junior staff, addressing queries and providing support.
- Conducting performance and objective reviews.
- Assisting managers with team oversight and operational matters.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' relevant trust and company administration experience, with a STEP qualification (or studying towards one).
They will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proven supervisory ability.
The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver, able to manage deadlines with minimal supervision, and confident in managing client relationships.
