The predicted salary is between 34650 - 42350 Β£ per year.

This is a single role that can be flexed to suit the level of the successful applicant, making it ideal for an experienced Trust Officer or someone ready to take the next step into a senior position.

Location

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to

  • Managing a varied client portfolio, including complex trust and company structures.
  • Ensuring all statutory, legal and accounting records are maintained in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients, advisors and intermediaries.
  • Attending client meetings in Guernsey or overseas where required.
  • Carrying out trust control functions such as periodic reviews, financial statement reviews and updates to registers.
  • Assisting with new business opportunities and contributing to relationship development.
  • Supporting and guiding more junior staff, where applicable.
  • Adhering to all internal policies and procedures and suggesting improvements where appropriate.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience managing trust and company structures and either hold, or be working towards, a relevant professional qualification.

Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
