The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 Β£ per year.

This role offers responsibility, variety and the opportunity to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to

  • Administering a portfolio of trust and company structures.
  • Preparing statutory documentation including minutes, agreements and trust instruments.
  • Liaising with clients, intermediaries and external institutions.
  • Processing payments, distributions and investment transactions.
  • Supporting the purchase and sale of assets including property and investments.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring all investments are up to date.
  • Ensuring client due diligence documentation is complete and current.
  • Preparing client reports and supporting ongoing client servicing.
  • Assisting with bookkeeping and general administrative tasks.
  • Supporting team objectives and undertaking additional duties as required.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience within trust and company administration and hold, or be working towards, a STEP or ICSA qualification.

They will demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage workloads independently and meet deadlines.

A proactive, team-focused approach and a willingness to adapt to changing regulatory requirements are essential.
