Overview

In this role you will act as a key point of contact for a portfolio of clients under the direction of a manager and provide accurate, well-presented client deliverables.

Location

Responsibilities

  • Administering a portfolio of clients (including VC funds, management companies and associated fund vehicles), including liaising with clients and third parties.
  • Co-ordinating and processing all aspects of the fund's operations.
  • Processing and assisting with complex areas of fund operations including the set-up and licensing of new entities, applications to tax authorities and collation of due diligence documents.
  • Co-ordinating company secretarial matters including preparation of minutes, board packs and reports.
