A brilliant opportunity for an experienced operations professional who enjoys managing statutory information, supporting system integrity and helping to reduce operational and AML/CFT risks!
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to
- Assisting with data reconciliation, exception reporting and weekly/monthly audits.
- Managing statutory data within internal systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Reviewing and reducing outstanding tasks and workflows.
- Creating and updating contact cards.
- Supporting Guernsey Registry submissions and ensuring data accuracy.
- Administering banking platforms and responding to bank information requests.
- Maintaining statutory records for in-house companies.
- Preparing documentation for annual validation filings.
- Supporting pan-island data alignment and consistency across systems and procedures.
- Providing company secretarial support for in-house entities.
- Assisting with operations-led projects as they arise.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' relevant experience in trust or company administration, with strong familiarity with statutory data management and registry submissions.
They will be organised, detail-focused and confident working with systems such as Acumen.
Excellent communication skills, analytical ability and an awareness of AML/CFT and regulatory requirements are essential.
STEP, CGI or similar qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
