Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to
- Managing insurance servicing and renewals for a portfolio of captive clients.
- Reviewing insurance matters for board and committee papers and presenting where required.
- Drafting and reviewing insurance documentation and contract wordings.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, brokers and regulators.
- Reviewing and enhancing insurance programmes in line with market developments.
- Supporting finance colleagues with insurance and claims information.
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members.
- Contributing to wider projects and team initiatives.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be ACII qualified (or close to qualification) with strong general insurance experience and exposure to captive insurance.
They will be client-focused, commercially aware and confident dealing with senior stakeholders.
Experience supervising or mentoring others is desirable, along with the ability to translate strategy into effective operational delivery.
