Our client, a leading insurance group, is seeking an Insurance Broker to join their team.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to
- Advising clients on personal and commercial insurance products and coverage.
- Liaising and negotiating with insurers to secure appropriate terms and pricing.
- Managing renewals and mid-term adjustments professionally and efficiently.
- Maintaining detailed client records and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Building long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Supporting team targets and business growth objectives.
- Providing training and coaching to less experienced team members.
- Promoting company values and delivering a consistent five-star client experience.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within insurance, financial services, or sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a professional and approachable manner.
An entry-level CII qualification or a willingness to study toward one is required.
The successful candidate will be motivated, organised, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
