The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 Β£ per year.

Join a specialist tax team where you'll support the delivery of tax services across a diverse portfolio of trust and corporate clients.

From preparing tax returns to responding to technical queries and assisting with training, you'll gain valuable exposure to a wide range of fiduciary tax matters while continuing to develop your career.

Location

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to

  • Prepare trust and company tax reporting across the Crown Dependencies and the UK.
  • Complete income tax and corporation tax returns for a portfolio of fiduciary clients.
  • Draft correspondence with tax authorities, clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain compliance schedules, tax records and reporting trackers.
  • Review financial statements to identify potential tax risks.
  • Support the management of tax compliance for a portfolio of clients.
  • Respond to tax queries from trust administrators and other internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with clients regarding their tax reporting requirements.
  • Assist with the delivery of tax training to colleagues across the business.
  • Support and mentor junior team members.
  • Identify process improvements and elevate any compliance concerns where appropriate.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' relevant tax experience, ideally gained within fiduciary or professional services, together with a good understanding of trust and corporate tax compliance.

You'll be educated to at least A-Level standard (or equivalent) and ideally be working towards a relevant professional qualification.

Strong numeracy, communication and IT skills are essential, along with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

You'll be a proactive team player with a positive attitude, capable of working independently while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the wider business.
