This is a three-month fixed-term contract with an immediate opportunity to make an impact.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to
- Assist with the day-to-day administration of trust and company structures.
- Prepare correspondence, financial reports and banking instructions.
- Complete simple bank reconciliations and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
- Record chargeable time accurately and support the achievement of team targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering legislation, regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Support the wider team with general administrative duties and fiduciary projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and promote good business practice at all times.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be an organised and motivated individual educated to A-Level standard with good Microsoft Office skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Previous experience within trust, corporate or financial services would be advantageous but is not essential, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career within the fiduciary sector.
Candidates holding, or studying towards, a professional qualification such as STEP or CIFA will be viewed favourably.
You'll have strong attention to detail, a professional approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
