Our client is appointing a Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager to support a private client team during a fixed-term period of 9-10 months.
This role provides the opportunity to manage complex fiduciary structures while supporting team leadership and delivery!
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to
- Administer a portfolio of complex fiduciary structures in line with regulatory and client requirements.
- Ensure all administration is completed in accordance with up-to-date tax and legal advice.
- Provide a high-quality, timely service to clients and intermediaries, maintaining clear communication throughout.
- Liaise with beneficiaries, advisers, auditors, bankers, lawyers, and other third parties.
- Manage invoicing, fee billing, and debt management in a proactive manner.
- Maintain accurate and complete entity records, including minutes and meeting documentation.
- Support the team lead and deputise where required.
- Supervise and assist with the development of junior team members.
- Delegate routine tasks appropriately while retaining overall responsibility for delivery.
- Oversee team projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify fiduciary risk factors and escalate trigger events as necessary.
- Manage FATCA, CRS, payment procedures, FID reviews, and audit-related action points.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in private client or fiduciary administration and be comfortable working at senior administrator or assistant manager level.
You will be well organised, technically confident, and able to support junior colleagues while managing your own portfolio.
A collaborative approach and commitment to high service standards are essential.
