Location

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to

  • Provide day-to-day support to banking clients, delivering a professional and responsive service.
  • Respond to client enquiries, resolve queries and carry out customer call-backs where required.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new clients, including account opening and credit card administration.
  • Process customer instructions accurately and within agreed service standards.
  • Support clients with online banking registration, activation and ongoing assistance.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional banking products and services that meet client needs.
  • Contribute towards team and departmental financial objectives through excellent customer service.
  • Support colleagues during busy periods and assist with wider team activities.
  • Participate in projects, system improvements and operational initiatives as required.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies and mandatory training obligations.
  • Represent the business at promotional events and support customer engagement initiatives.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, together with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Previous experience within banking would be advantageous but is not essential, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career within the sector.

You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple priorities while working collaboratively within a team.

Strong IT skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving and the confidence to identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience will be key to success in this role.
