- Work with autonomy (under supervision as required) on complex legal matters while collaborating with senior lawyers as part of a team.
- Develop personal legal knowledge and manage caseloads, ensuring effective communication and strong client relationships.
- Participate in business development initiatives to secure work from both existing and new clients.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Corporate practice area's precedent database and procedures.
- Stay up to date with legal knowledge and practice, conducting research and attending professional development events.
