Location

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to

  • Assist with the administration of a portfolio of trusts, companies, foundations and limited partnerships.
  • Undertake bookkeeping and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Prepare payment instructions for distributions, dividends and professional fees.
  • Draft minutes and general correspondence for senior review.
  • Maintain accurate statutory and client records.
  • Liaise with banks, law firms and other professional advisers.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bea motivated graduate or school leaver who is keen to develop a career within private client and fiduciary services.

You'll have strong communication skills, a collaborative approach and a genuine willingness to learn, together with the ability to follow procedures and develop a good commercial understanding.

A positive attitude, strong team ethic and enthusiasm for developing both professionally and personally will be key to success in this role.
