This role sits at the heart of a Private Clients team, supporting the day-to-day management of fiduciary structures and helping deliver a first-class client experience.
The successful candidate will enjoy a varied workload and excellent opportunities for professional development.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to
- Administering a portfolio of trust and company structures on behalf of private clients.
- Processing client instructions and maintaining accurate client records.
- Drafting minutes, resolutions and meeting notes.
- Liaising with lawyers, accountants, tax advisers, banks and other professional advisers.
- Supporting cash management and payment processing activities.
- Assisting with bookkeeping and annual accounts preparation in conjunction with accounting teams.
- Monitoring debtor balances and supporting fee collection processes.
- Assisting with compliance reviews, file reviews and risk management activities.
- Coordinating annual tax filings and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Supporting AEOI reporting obligations, including CRS and FATCA where applicable.
- Ensuring statutory and regulatory deadlines are met.
- Assisting with process improvements and identifying opportunities to enhance client service.
- Supporting team delivery and deputising for senior colleagues when required.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience within trust and company administration, fiduciary services or a related financial services environment.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential, together with excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
Candidates should possess a good understanding of fiduciary administration, AML/CFT requirements and governance obligations within a regulated environment.
A STEP, CGI/ICSA or similar professional qualification would be advantageous, although candidates studying towards a qualification, or willing to undertake professional studies, will also be considered.
The successful candidate will be proactive, client-focused and keen to build a long-term career within private client services.
