We're a Good-rated Croydon nursery on an exciting growth journey, with a third setting opening soon. We're looking for a passionate Preschool Room Leader to inspire our team, prepare our 35s for school, and build a long-term career with us.
Salary: £33,000 + £500 welcome bonus (paid on successful completion of probation)

Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire your preschool team to deliver outstanding care and learning for our 35 year olds
- Plan and deliver an inclusive, EYFS-led curriculum that prepares children confidently for school
- Build warm, trusted relationships with parents and key children
- Maintain high standards across safeguarding, health & safety, and record-keeping
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification minimum in Childcare or Early Years
- Strong working knowledge of the EYFS and the new Ofsted framework
- A solid grasp of school readiness phonics foundations, early maths, social and emotional development
- Confidence leading or mentoring others; formal Room Leader experience is a plus, but we'll consider strong practitioners ready to step up
- A genuine love of Early Years and a desire to grow with us
Hours: Full-time, permanent
