We're looking for a passionate Preschool Room Leader to inspire our team, prepare our 35s for school, and build a long-term career with us.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and inspire your preschool team to deliver outstanding care and learning for our 35 year olds
  • Plan and deliver an inclusive, EYFS-led curriculum that prepares children confidently for school
  • Build warm, trusted relationships with parents and key children
  • Mentor and develop colleagues, modelling best practice
  • Maintain high standards across safeguarding, health & safety, and record-keeping
  • Support the senior team in the smooth running of the setting

What you'll bring:

  • Level 3 qualification minimum in Childcare or Early Years
  • Strong working knowledge of the EYFS and the new Ofsted framework
  • Experience with the 35 age group - at least 2 years post-qualification
  • A solid grasp of school readiness - phonics foundations, early maths, social and emotional development
  • Confidence leading or mentoring others - formal Room Leader experience is a plus, but we'll consider strong practitioners ready to step up
  • A genuine love of Early Years and a desire to grow with us
