We're looking for a passionate Preschool Room Leader to inspire our team, prepare our 35s for school, and build a long-term career with us.

What you'll do:
- Lead and inspire your preschool team to deliver outstanding care and learning for our 35 year olds
- Plan and deliver an inclusive, EYFS-led curriculum that prepares children confidently for school
- Build warm, trusted relationships with parents and key children
- Mentor and develop colleagues, modelling best practice
- Maintain high standards across safeguarding, health & safety, and record-keeping
- Support the senior team in the smooth running of the setting
What you'll bring:
- Level 3 qualification minimum in Childcare or Early Years
- Strong working knowledge of the EYFS and the new Ofsted framework
- Experience with the 35 age group - at least 2 years post-qualification
- A solid grasp of school readiness - phonics foundations, early maths, social and emotional development
- Confidence leading or mentoring others - formal Room Leader experience is a plus, but we'll consider strong practitioners ready to step up
- A genuine love of Early Years and a desire to grow with us
