Due to company growth, we now have an exciting opportunity to join our team at Leap29! We're looking for a driven and ambitious professional to join our team, focusing on the renewable energy market in the Eastern Europe/DACH region. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing, future-focused sector, partnering with innovative companies at the forefront of the energy transition.
No previous experience is needed, we will train, develop, and mentor you to become a successful recruitment consultant through our award-winning training programme. We don’t hire superstars we build them, and we are proud to say that every single one of our managers started Leap29 as Trainee Consultants.
The Company: Leap29 are a global recruitment solutions provider, we are a team of 50+ people and have been established for over 25 years based in South Manchester.
What you will learn:
- Talent attraction - creating adverts, blogs, social media content, podcasts, mailshots, targeted campaigns
- Pro-actively sourcing and headhunting candidates
- Managing the candidate recruitment process, interview facilitation, visa applications, mobilization
- Candidate assessment and interview techniques
- Candidate management, assess candidate skills and needs to match them with the correct vacancies
