Salesforce Software Engineer is required to join a Delivery Digital Platform team working with a non-profit organization based in London. This role involves building out new features, integrating Salesforce with a variety of data systems, developing visualization dashboards to display key progress indicators, and performing ongoing maintenance of our Salesforce powered Digital platform.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy new features within the Salesforce platform to meet business needs.
- Integrate Salesforce with various internal and external data systems to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility.
- Create dynamic and interactive visualization dashboards to display progress indicators and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with project managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions that enhance user experience.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software performance.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the Salesforce platform, including troubleshooting issues and implementing updates as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer or Salesforce Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, and Salesforce API integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.
- Experience with Apex and Visualforce.
- Experience with data modeling, management, and security within Salesforce.
- Skilled in developing visualization dashboards and reports within Salesforce.
- Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with various data systems and platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
