  • Be approachable, friendly, and professional
  • Keep your coach clean, tidy, and looking smart (yes, inside and out)
  • Deliver great customer service on varied work – day trips, private hire, and new routes

In short: drive well, be cheerful, and keep the coach looking spick and span.

  • Among the best rates in Leeds & York
  • New performance-based bonus scheme launching in 2026

  • Realistic scheduling – no last-minute chaos

Hours

  • Full Time – full flexibility required
  • Part Time / Freelance – hours tailored to suit

What We’re Looking For (Yes, This Stuff Matters)

  • PCV licence for a minimum of 2 years – insurance won’t let newbies loose
  • Must know how to drive a bus or coach – yes, it matters
  • Able to speak to passengers – they’re lovely and sometimes give tips if you’re nice
  • Able to follow a Sat Nav – unless you know every road in the UK like a walking A to Z
  • Able to clean a coach – inside and out; we like to look smart (and smell nice too)

We want happy drivers for happy passengers, drivers who take pride in their work, and enjoy being part of a growing, family-run business. If that sounds like you, apply now and join a team that actually looks after its drivers and knows how to have a laugh along the way.
