Responsibilities Maintain and develop a good business relationship with all accounts. Focusing on delivering value to Leap’s and retailers\’ revenue growth. Train customers on their business portals, technical solutions, and services to facilitate growth. Analyse the stock level of each account to ensure there is no surplus/deficits in stocks. Understand customer requirements and inform them of the capabilities of the goods/services sold. Advising product developers on improvements to include in forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions. Report on competitors’ activities along with customer feedback to the management. Ensuring standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met. Stays abreast of advances in product/field and suggests possible improvements to product or service. Liaising with the Regional Sales Manager and delivering the right inputs for strategic decisions. Utilizing business intelligence tools to provide sales insights to management. Keeping accounts informed on prices, credit details, delivery dates, payments, and arrangements of any delivery and installation of goods. Make follow-up visits to accounts allocated to them to meet customer satisfaction and further orders. Producing reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies for management. Market and promote Leap’s products across targeted demographics whilst supporting ad hoc marketing activities at events etc. Update market surveys on a regular basis to carry out market research to understand trends and customer requirements to help Leap to execute new strategic plans. Record sales and order information, sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system. Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues. Planning and executing sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights. Maintains records and accounts of sales made and handles customer complaints.
