Are you early in your social media career and keen to build on your agency experience - taking on more ownership across client work? This is an opportunity to join a bold, creative agency working with a mix of established and challenger FMCG brands. You’ll play an active role in delivering organic social that’s culturally relevant, well-crafted and built to perform across platforms.
The Role
You’ll be hands-on with the day-to-day delivery of organic social for a range of clients - supporting content creation, managing content calendars, scheduling posts and playing an active role in community management across platforms. Beyond execution, you’ll start building a deeper understanding of what works and why. You’ll support reactive and trend-led content, monitor performance, and feed insights back into ongoing activity - helping shape future content rather than just delivering it. You’ll also contribute to integrated campaigns and gain exposure to how social fits into wider brand activity. This role is ideal if you want to develop your craft, build confidence, and continue progressing your skills within an agency environment.

- Hands-on experience supporting or managing organic social media across multiple platforms, within an agency environment
