The role:

  • As Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of B2B clients, acting as their trusted day-to-day partner while ensuring projects and campaigns are delivered smoothly, commercially and to an exceptionally high standard.
  • Working alongside specialists across strategy, content, planning and creative, you'll help clients solve business challenges, deliver meaningful marketing programmes and identify opportunities to grow relationships over time.
  • The work spans Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Deal-Based Marketing (DBM), sales enablement, campaigns, content and proposition development, providing exposure to a broad mix of projects and stakeholders.
  • You'll be involved in:
    • Owning day-to-day client relationships and project delivery
    • Leading client meetings and managing expectations
    • Developing project scopes, timelines and budgets
    • Coordinating internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
    • Identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow client accounts
    • Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the client services team

You'll already be working within a marketing, creative, communications or sales enablement agency environment and have experience managing B2B clients and projects.
