As Senior Social Media Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of the agency’s social offering – leading strategic thinking, overseeing execution, and inspiring both clients and internal teams. You’ll own organic strategy across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, bring a sharp lens to data and performance, and act as a senior voice in creative planning, influencer campaigns and client presentations. Develop and lead organic social strategies that drive reach, engagement and brand impact Own senior client relationships and lead on strategic planning and reporting Oversee content direction and channel management across key platforms Define brand tone of voice and ensure it’s consistent across social output Mentor junior team members and help grow the agency’s social capabilities With experience in an agency-side environment, you have a proven track record of driving strategic social thinking across a range of accounts. You’re as comfortable leading a client meeting as you are rolling up your sleeves on campaign planning. With strong commercial awareness, an eye for performance, and a passion for platform innovation, you’re ready to step into a leadership role.
