An integrated creative agency is seeking a Senior Account Executive or a Junior Project Manager to join their busy and growing team. You’ll join a vibrant and friendly client services team with a welcoming and supportive culture, offering excellent benefits including hybrid working plus an additional 4 weeks a year to work from home or abroad, flexibility for school pickups/drop-offs, 26 days holiday, frequent training, access to benefits and perks platform, regular socials and more. This is a Fixed-Term Contract role for 12 months, with part-time hours of 32 hours/week and potential to increase the hours and extend the contract to full-time, based on business needs and performance.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day activities on a key retainer account while supporting the wider Client Services team with project management tasks to ensure all work is delivered on brand, on brief, on budget and on time.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Supporting the day-to-day management of assigned retainer client, ensuring all briefs are executed and delivered in full.
- Developing collaborative client relationships, supporting and sometimes leading client conversations, including weekly status calls, providing updates on studio planning and job progress.
- Supporting the wider Client Services team with project management expertise and administrative oversight.
- Project managing multiple projects across the Client Services team, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Planning and coordinating studio workflow, managing resource allocation and job scheduling.
About you: You’ll have experience within an account management or project management role (either agency side or in-house), currently acting as a Project Coordinator, Project Executive, Junior Project Manager, Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Junior Account Manager or similar role.
