THE ROLE

This is a hands-on PR Senior Account Manager role, with responsibility across earned media, content and social-led activity. You’ll take a senior lead role in day-to-day client delivery, shaping stories, pitching to media, creating content and running integrated campaigns across PR, influencer and experiential channels. You’ll also play a key role in owning client relationships, contributing to campaign planning, and managing juniors to ensure work is delivered thoughtfully, creatively and with impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a senior day-to-day consumer brand client contact, owning delivery and expectations
  • Lead media relations, shaping media strategy, selling in stories and securing quality coverage
  • Create compelling content across press releases, pitches and social, with responsibility for quality control and sign-off
  • Manage social-led and influencer activity as part of integrated campaigns, overseeing planning and execution
  • Contribute to campaign planning, brainstorms and creative development, helping shape campaign direction
  • Line-manage and develop junior team members, overseeing delivery and standards across your accounts

WHO THIS ROLE SUITS

  • Proven experience working on consumer brands within a PR or integrated communications agency environment
  • Demonstrable media relations experience, with a strong understanding of the UK media landscape and confidence selling in stories
  • Strong, hands-on grounding in content creation, including press releases, pitches and social copy
  • Experience delivering integrated PR campaigns, involving influencer, social and/or experiential elements
  • Looking for greater ownership, influence and visibility within an independent agency environment
