Midweight Designer

You’ll play a key part in delivering brave, brilliant and boundary-pushing work across a varied client base spanning sectors like tech, education, automotive, leisure, and food & drink. You’ll work across branding, campaigns and projects – spanning touchpoints such as print, digital, social and advertising.. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative studio, managing deadlines and consistently delivering creative of the highest quality.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing across a broad mix of media – branding, print and digital – on both standalone and integrated campaigns
• Producing high-quality, adaptable work across multiple brands and sectors
• Acting as a brand guardian for key clients
• Developing creative across various marketing channels with a strong understanding of audience and context
• Collaborating with Client Services to push creative craft in every project
• Presenting ideas internally, and externally to clients when needed
• Staying ahead of trends and emerging technologies to keep work fresh and future-ready

What You’ll Bring

• Strong design sensibility and an expert eye for typography and creative layout
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Confidence in managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to translate big ideas into clear, actionable creative
• Curiosity in the latest AI developments
• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe CC – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
• Bonus: Experience with After Effects and/or UX/UI design
