An Account Director role with a creative comms agency where storytelling drives everything. You’ll have autonomy, commercial ownership and the chance to shape the agency’s next phase of growth - backed by profit-share, a new business incentive scheme and flexibility around office days and working hours.

The Role

You’ll own and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts, act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders and lead projects from early-stage discovery through to final delivery. It’s a balance of strategy and hands-on delivery - shaping narrative, guiding creative and raising the standard of every brief.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and growing client accounts with full commercial accountability
  • Building strong, trusted relationships at senior stakeholder level
  • Bringing clarity and structure to complex business messages
  • Working closely with the creative team to bring story and visuals together
  • Managing revenue targets, forecasting and profitability
  • Identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships

What We’re Looking For

  • Agency experience at Senior Account Manager or Account Director level
  • A strong track record of leading and growing accounts
  • Commercial confidence and ownership of revenue and profitability
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in a B2B environment
  • A natural storyteller with exceptional written and verbal communication skills

On Offer

In return, you’ll receive a circa £50K salary, annual profit-share and a new business incentive scheme, alongside 26 days’ holiday plus Christmas closure. The role also offers 100 WFH days per year (typically three in-office) with flexibility around office days and working hours, private medical and income protection, enhanced parental leave, an electric car scheme and clear progression with ongoing development. Based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire (close to train links).
