Big ideas. Brave work. Zero egos. This independent, integrated creative agency has built a reputation by doing things differently — pushing boundaries, challenging convention and thriving on irreverent, maverick ideas. They’re not here to play it safe. Now they’re looking for an Art Director/Creative Designer to bring the big ideas — and craft the details too.

You’ll partner with the Head of Copy to lead a talented creative studio, shaping standout work across advertising, TVC, social, and integrated campaigns. It’s a varied role spanning creative direction, mentoring and creative concept development.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading concept development and art direction across integrated campaigns
  • Rolling up your sleeves – this is a hands-on role, not just top-line thinking
  • Managing and mentoring (alongside the Head of Copy) a tight-knit creative team
  • Signing off creative work and presenting to clients with clarity and confidence
  • Contributing to creative briefs, award submissions and new business pitches

This role is perfect for a hands-on creative ready to step into the spotlight. Whether you’re a Mid-to-Senior Designer, Junior or Midweight Art Director, or somewhere in between, if you’ve got the ambition to lead and the creative chops to back it up, this is your chance to step into a leadership role.

What we’re looking for:

  • Agency experience - creative, advertising, digital or integrated
  • Strong visual craft and hands-on design skills (Adobe Suite essential)
  • A sharp eye for great design and a confident communicator
  • Experience across creative production such as TVC, radio and photo shoots – a bonus
  • Ambitious, ideas-led and ready to take on a leadership role

The agency blends big thinking with bold execution. With an integrated offering, they bring together design, advertising, digital, social, PR, development and media to create standout campaigns that cut through the noise. It’s a place where strong opinions are welcome, creativity thrives, and no two days look the same.

Salary is up to circa £50K. Perks include hybrid working, onsite gym, learning & development, regular socials, a buzzing central London studio, plus lots more.

Interested? Apply now – we’d love to tell you more.
