Job Description
**Senior Creative Artworker**
Location: London/Hybrid
Salary: DOE plus benefits
Employment Type: On Payroll, permanent
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Artworker with a minimum of 5+ years of experience to join our busy and fast-paced studio in London.
This is a pivotal role within the creative team. Your work would be varied, as we have a range of studio clients including Financial, Retail and Event.
However, you will be focused predominantly on the production of high-end financial and corporate documents.
You will have proven expertise in producing complex documents such as annual reports, stewardship reports and white papers.
Your attention to detail and understanding of brand consistency and layout precision will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Artworking and layout of complex financial and corporate documents to a high standard
• Creating and refining detailed complex charts and tables, using data supplied from Excel
• Working closely with designers, account managers and clients to ensure accurate execution of work
• Applying and managing annotated PDF comments and Word tracked changes efficiently
• Ensuring all artwork meets print and digital specifications
• Managing workload effectively across multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Maintaining brand consistency across all deliverables
• Collaborating as part of a close-knit, friendly studio team
Key Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a creative artworker role, preferably within corporate or financial sectors
• Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to interpret data and accurately create charts and tables
• Experience working with annotated PDFs and Word tracked changes
• Experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to update documents
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Desirable
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices in document design (PDF/print)
• Understanding of print production processes
Location & Working Pattern
This role is hybrid, based in our London office, with the expectation of being predominantly on-site to support studio collaboration. However, there will be flexibility to work from home, depending on project needs.
