Integrated Project Manager – Financial Services
Location:Clerkenwell, London (Hybrid)
Salary:£40,000–£45,000 DOE
The Role
leap is looking for an experiencedIntegrated Project Managerto join our Financial Services team.
You’ll manage high-profile work for leading asset managers, private banks and institutional investors, delivering investor communications, fund launches and integrated campaigns across digital, print, video, motion and social. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role where precision, organisation and confidence working within a regulated environment are essential. You’ll work closely with clients, creative teams and production specialists to ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage integrated, multi-channel projects from brief through to final delivery
- Own project timelines, budgets, workflow and resource requirements
- Translate complex financial and client briefs into clear production actions
- Lead client status meetings and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
- Coordinate internal creative, production and specialist teams
- Maintain exceptional accuracy across compliance-heavy and regulated deliverables
- Identify risks, manage priorities and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment
- Support pitches, new business and business development activity when required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous project management experience within an agency environment
- Financial Services and/or Asset Management experience is highly desirable
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
- Confident and professional communication skills, including experience working with senior clients
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
- A collaborative, proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership of projects
