The Opportunity
Do you have experience in Private Client law and want to play a role in shaping the future of legal practice? LEAP, the world's leading LegalTech provider, is seeking a Private Client Content Specialist to help shape the future of Private Client services across the UK. As a subject matter expert in Private Client Law, you will play a key role in shaping our product offering and strengthening the position of LEAP and LEAP Estates as the UK's leading Private Client software solution. In this role, you will identify opportunities for future development, enhance the end-user experience, and drive initiatives that increase product adoption. Working closely with customers and key stakeholders, you will gather valuable insights, contribute to product improvements, and report key performance metrics to the LEAP Estates executive team.
Requirements
- Use your expertise in Wills, LPAs, Trusts, Estate Administration and Court of Protection to influence product development
- Ensure legal compliance and accuracy within market-leading LegalTech software
- Analyse competitor activity and market trends
- Enhance customer experience and drive product adoption
- Provide insight and reporting to senior leadership
About You
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Private Client Law
- Strong technical knowledge of Private Client legislation and processes
- Experience using case management systems
- Understanding of how small law firms operate
- Commercially aware, analytical, and curious about technology
