The Opportunity
The Implementations department is responsible for onboarding firms onto LEAP and delivering professional services, including data merges and extractions. The team manages both the technical delivery and the client experience, ensuring expectations are clearly set around data collection, migration, and LEAP installation. The role works closely with Client Managers to align expectations ahead of data migration and implementation, including software functionality, scope of migration, and transition timelines. It also involves supporting Data Migration Specialists in interpreting accounting data and guiding clients through migration outcomes, particularly in relation to accounting balances.
What you’ll do
- Respond to client queries related to data merges and extractions
- Manage firms being onboarded to LEAP without data migration
- Schedule and coordinate resources for data extraction processes

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation
- Ensure internal systems are consistently updated with client information
