LEAP is a design and impact agency igniting the creative change our planet needs. Based on the estuary in Truro, Cornwall, we work with organisations that are trying to make things better – for people, places and the planet. The first B Corp design agency in Europe, certified since 2015 and planet-centred from day one. Our projects range from brand strategy and design to campaigns and digital tools, often around climate, nature and social equity. We’re thoughtful about how we work, and who we work with. Our clients are based across the UK and beyond. Some are startups. Others are well established. What they have in common is a sense of purpose beyond profit and a willingness to do things differently.
In addition to our creative and strategy services we also offer digital low carbon, and sustainable web optimisation and eco hosting, mostly to B2B clients.
Who we’re after: We’re looking for someone practical, patient and tech-minded to join LEAP as our new Website Ethical pension, hybrid working, and cycle-to-work scheme.
